Cienega - Empire Corridor, Southern Arizona

Whoops!

I've been a bit behind in posting my pictures, so sorry Norma! lol. Actually I'm in the middle of putting together a book full of my pictures, some I've posted here and some you've never seen. However the book images are a larger format, and don't have that goofy © across the middle of  the images ; )

My husband had a week "vacation" from work, plus the weekend and the holiday, plus he took one extra day... he was home for 12 days! Funny hunny.. One of those days we managed a ride. The day was clear and sunny but windy. The views gorgeous and the colors inspiring. Enjoy.

So enough chatter... lets see what my camera has captured lately, shall we?

Something tells me that with her scarred ear, I'll be able to identify this one if I ever get her in my lens again.
Something about this grass appeals to the artist in me. Is it the color?
Or maybe because it was softly dancing in the wind that caught my eye? I'll have to think about it.
I love wide open spaces, tis something I crave.
Amazing to view Gods creation while feeling so small at the same time.
When four large ears all point in the same direction at the same time, it's a good sign you should look too.
In this case it was a couple of whitetail deer. They always see things before we do.
Hope you enjoyed another day with us, come back soon!

Slowly but surely?

I hope those of you who are here in the U.S., had a wonderful Thanksgiving.

I haven't had a whole lot of time to work on her lately, as much as I'd like to. I don't foresee much time for me to work on her in the near future either. Somedays I feel like the white rabbit in Alice in Wonderland!

Here is a new progress shots for you....

now don't say "what has she done"? This is basically the tweaking phase now, the small subtle changes that aren't really going to be apparent in these low res images posted online. But, perhaps you can spot a few?

Keep Scribbling!
