I'm not into large amounts of digital manipulation. I like my images pretty much as they are. I do use PS to re size (because I like large, fine captures) crop and adjust the basics, such as levels, color balance etc. if needed. I also add a watermark to my images posted on the net, but my Nikon adds my copyright information to my digital EXIF files also.
Update 2012: Since I've begun using CS5 I have taken on a lot.. and I mean a lot of new things to learn. I've begun only shooting in NEF (aka RAW) then processing with my own actions that I have created. I used to shoot a mostly .jpg format because my old laptop couldn't process the large files. Now I rarely shoot .jpgs!
I've also begun to play with my images more artistically, using textures, layers and all the fun stuff CS5 has, I'm having a blast!
